This is a list of running, riding and swimming sessions that happen around Bunbury on a weekly basis.  The swim and running sessions are available to anyone.  Those people going on group rides should be members of Triathlon Western Australia or South-West Cycle Club.  This is for insurance reasons.

SWIMMING

Casual swim session at SW Rec Centre, 5:30 - 6:30 pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Hang out with other tri buddies, do as much or as little swimming as you like.

RIDING

Saturday Morning – South-West Cycle Club

  • Fast ride – also known as Hammer Ride
  • Moderate ride – sometimes known as Rubber Mallet Ride (soft hammer)
  • Leaves from the Entertainment Centre

Sunday Morning – South-West Cycle Club

  • Social Ride - Entertainment Centre

Thursday Morning – South-West Cycle Club

  • Intermediate Ride
  • Leaves from the Entertainment Centre

RUNNING

Long run

  • Between 10 and 15kms
  • 6:00am Saturday mornings
  • Leaves from CAFFEZ in town
  • Slow speed
  • Good for long distance training
  • Bring your own water bottle
  • Coffee at CAFFEZ afterwards

  • Suitable for all fitness levels

Interval Session

  • Tuesday morning - 6:00
  • Runner’s Club Pavillion
  • Suitable for all fitness levels
  • Hard session

Womens Session

  • Tuesday Evening at Runners Club - 5:30pm
